Listing Lift is a small service run by John. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain words.

What we collect

• Your email address and name, if you email us or order.
• Your listing link and anything you choose to tell us about your listing.
• Public information on your listing page, like the title, description, photos, amenities and guest reviews, which we read to make your makeover.
• Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We see that you paid, the amount and the email used. We never see or store your full card number.

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our web host may keep standard server logs (like IP address and pages requested) for security.

How we use it

To make and deliver your makeover, answer your questions, send the re-check if you ask for it, handle refunds, and keep basic business and tax records. If we first contacted you by email, we may send one follow-up. Reply "no" and we won't email you again.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't log in to your Airbnb or other accounts, and we never ask for your password. We don't publish your makeover or your listing details. If we ever use a makeover as a sample, we remove anything that identifies you first, and we'll ask you before using yours.

Tools we use

We use an email provider, a payment processor, a web host, and software tools (including AI) that help us read listings and draft makeovers. They only get what they need to do that job.

How long we keep it

We keep order emails and makeovers for up to 2 years so we can do re-checks and answer questions, and payment records as long as tax rules require. Ask and we'll delete the rest sooner.
